Inclusion is the goal but it’s a real challenge for many teachers to achieve. Teachers, despite their valiant efforts, become overwhelmed trying to meet the needs of all their students. Embrace Behavior Change coaching services help teachers develop lesson plans that meet students’ individual education plans but moreover develop lessons that communicate to each student, “you belong.” Setting up a classroom where each child feels like they belong, is what we call inclusion from the heart.
